Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During new releases, special events, holidays, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. If eligible, this option will appear during checkout, and you'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
