Do I need a ticket? No! General Admission is FREE. VIP Experiences are available for purchase here.

What can I expect? Think of it as a spooky Scholastic Book Fair for adults! Browse hundreds of books, meet local authors, shop bookish and witchy vendors, and enjoy food, drinks, and a festive fall atmosphere.

Will there be books to shop? Absolutely! The Book Treehouse will bring hundreds of books across a variety of genres in a book fair style shopping atmosphere, along with Blind Date with a Book packages and other bookish gifts.

Will local authors be there? Yes! We'll be welcoming a group of more than 35 talented local authors for you to meet!

Will food and drinks be available? YES! The Common Ground is home to: Smashed burgers and bar fare, The Grind coffee shop, Cherry Top Cookies cookie shop, and Pickleback's bar & beverages. In addition to the warehouse tenants, there will be a dirty soda vendor + food trucks!

Can I wear a costume? Please do!

Is the event indoors or outdoors? The event is fully indoors, with the food trucks located just steps outside the facility.

Is the facility accessible? Yes. There is accessible parking on the west side of the building near the loading dock with ramp access. Additionally, the warehouse is concrete/hard surface flooring allowing for easy mobility. There are restrooms with ramps and accessible stalls, as well.

What's the parking situation? Parking is free! There are two parking lots with direct access to the warehouse.

Are children welcome? Yes. While the event is designed with adult readers in mind, all ages are welcome. Please note that some books and vendor merchandise may contain mature themes.

Are pets welcome? The Common Ground is a pet-friendly environment! However, the event is expected to be very busy, so please use your best judgment on whether or not it is safe to bring your furry friends.
